this blog intends to showcase a collection of old style pictures. no digital devices other than my scanner. no retouching whatsoever. no professional photographer behind the camera in any case, just beautiful lights, beautiful sceneries, beautiful people.

the thing is that, lately, I've noticed this boom regarding old looking transformation of low quality digital photography, and how it's caught the masses. and, I must admit, I do not know whether I find it interesting on a positive or on a negative way. in the meantime though, as I try to figure out why this particular aesthetic issue has taken such a path, I'd like to share some of the pictures that I've collected over the years, and are currently sleeping in their storage boxes, their chests. just like treasures, as they should.
